CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking & Cancellation Policy At Skincode, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies: 24-Hour Cancellation Policy Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a fee. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied toward future services. Payment Policy A valid debit or credit card is required to secure all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless a cancellation fee or no-show fee applies. Accepted Forms of Payment We accept cash and all major debit and credit cards. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment, and the applicable late cancellation fee may apply. Consent Form Requirement All clients are required to complete and sign the necessary consent forms prior to their appointment. Consent forms are sent via the confirmation email and must be completed before services can be performed. Right to Refuse Service Skincode reserves the right to refuse service if required consent forms are not completed, if a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, or if any situation arises that may compromise the safety or quality of the service.
